Engage for Impact exists because I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to become the best version of themselves that they can possibly be. I help people realise their potential and, through this, help organisations realise theirs: organisations can’t and won’t transform until their people do.
Whether coaching an individual seeking to grow their confidence; guiding a team towards becoming a motivated and high-performing unit; or enabling senior leaders to develop their leadership capabilities and deliver business results, I combine passion, purpose and pragmatism to create positive impact and catalyse change.
I start by understanding the brief, then draw on my 20-years’ experience across consultancy, project management, internal communication, employee engagement, behavioural change, training, facilitation and executive coaching to improve personal and commercial outcomes.
