What is WeCoach?

The next step on the WeThrive journey after WeListen, WeCoach offers a deeper layer on our employee survey results. Translating the data into actionable insights that managers can use in their team meetings and 121s to build a coaching culture in the workplace. So, you can unlock the full potential of your people and your own potential as a great leader.

WeCoach is not another top down HR project tool. We know people leave managers not companies, so we have created a leadership development solution that shares the load with managers. This not only empowers you as a manager, it helps you support your employees and deliver on top HR objectives like employee engagement, retention, motivation and absenteeism. For greater impact adding WeDo also gives HR full visibility of what people are working on to improve productivity and culture in the workplace.

How does it work?

Our clever algorithm analyses all the scores from the WeListen employee survey results, digging into the detail of the sub-questions and identifying the top priorities. Key opportunities for employees are highlighted in priority order based on the scores with a top level summary of the issue and why it is occuring. One click reveals two actions that your managers can pick up and run with – clear, simple and actionable. With minimal prep time your managers will never be under prepared for a team meeting again!

There are two versions of WeCoach – Team and 121. WeCoachTeam works to anonymous teams of 4 and upwards making tailored recommendations, whereas WeCoach121 is the perfect addition to appraisals, 121s and ongoing coaching conversations.
