At Eastlight Community Homes, we’ve been privileged to utilise the WeThrive platform for our culture surveys for a couple of years now. The most remarkable aspect of WeThrive is the control it provides us over our own results. The simplicity of the platform ensures it’s accessible for everyone. With WeThrive, we have a level of control that we never had with our previous provider. It’s empowering, and it’s driving real change within our organisation.

Hugo Drummond, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion Manager, Eastlight Community Homes Limited.

You have been amazing in terms of your service levels and support which is significant part of our decision to renew with you, nothing has been too much trouble, and  “We Thrive” are lucky to have you on their team.

We have a little thank you to send – can you give me a postal address of where you are based please”

Jill Armitt, Head of HR at Walkers Shortbread.

The WeThrive employee engagement survey system was extremely easy to use and the results were summarised quickly and shown in a user friendly format to understand the feedback in depth. Every aspect of the system from an employee and admin prospective is slick, professional and easy to view. The team at WeThrive are extremely supportive and always happy to help whenever you need them.  They provided great training and explained and summarised the results so we could quickly understand what topics we needed to focus on to improve. I would highly recommend this system and team to any business looking to do an engagement survey.

The WeThrive employee and engagement surveys have been a really useful tool for us at Leeds Federated Housing Association. We love the way the results not only provide comments and breakdowns for individuals but also for entire teams—something no other platform has been able to offer us.

Megan Henderson, Head of Corporate Services, Leeds Federated Housing Association Ltd

At Coin Street, we love the support we get from WeThrive. It’s not just the personalised attention from our Account manager: the resources available to staff and the insightful webinars have all been incredibly valuable. WeThrive truly stands out in providing comprehensive support.

At Dandara Living, we previously used a manual process to conduct our performance reviews, which were incredibly time-consuming and complicated. Switching to WeThrive has been a game-changer. The platform is so quick and easy to use, making HR jobs significantly less stressful. It keeps everything simple and consolidated in one place.

At Adams Morey, we’ve been using WeThrive for several years and have been consistently impressed. Our account manager is fabulous, always ensuring we’re happy with the results and the way they’re fed back to us. Everyone has been so supportive from the very first time we used WeThrive, helping us analyse the feedback and providing amazing support every step of the way. WeThrive has truly made a difference in our operations.

Rachel Byers, HR Manager, Adams Morey

I think that WeThrive is an excellent tool that captures a broad range of important areas to monitor. The 16 questions cover key aspects of employee well-being and provide a great opportunity for people to voice any concerns or issues. I don’t think there’s a strong need to add additional categories, but one focused specifically on work-life balance might be beneficial. But, I understand that some of the existing categories could already touch on this. I also really appreciated using this platform as the basis for quarterly reviews. It was much more efficient than filling out lengthy forms, saving time while still offering the necessary resources to raise any concerns if needed.

Overall, I really liked the platform. It was easy to complete and not too long.  I found the questions easy to answer. I like the fact there is a breakdown of the different areas e.g. capability and confidence as well as an overall engagement rate.  I think this helps with identifying areas of improvement from an employee and manager perspective. I like the suggested resources, actions, and goal setting.  I’ve only had a brief look at these but will definitely utilise the resources on the areas I’m struggling with.

I liked the WeThrive survey recently, I thought it was better for thinking about different areas of the business and my role and thinking more critically about how I feel. The NPS was too narrow a view and could be heavily influenced by how I felt at that moment, whereas WeThrive encourages you to think on a broader view.

Just some feedback from me regarding WeThrive. I do think it is a really engaging way to open up a conversation during a review. Charlie and I had a conversation following the WeThrive results and it was really beneficial to talk through this with her. I don’t think this would have come up in conversation if it wasn’t for the WeThrive prompts and comments. I like the fact it advises you of what you can work on for yourself dependant on your results. It’s a lot more individual focused. I’m looking forward to seeing the enhancements of our resources and links being available as I think this will help with the whole business mindset and how we operate as a business….I like it, I think it is a huge improvement on what we had previously.

In my opinion, WeThrive is a much better system and way of collating quality feedback, scores, and comments from the team. As an employee, this encouraged added thought to the scores I was giving through the prompts of the questions, as opposed to a blanket.
