Our Customer Success Team will deliver a full concierge setup for your initial surveys and quarterly account management meetings.
Your commitment to WeThrive
You’ll run a minimum of 2 Engagement Surveys and 2 Mental Health Surveys in the first 12 months.
[At least 6 months apart (you can run as many as you like over the licence period but we require some separation for the actions and recommendations to take effect to measure the uplift)].
All managers with 8 or more direct reports use their Manager login and access either our eLearning content or your own via our action plans.
In the event WeThrive doesn’t help your organisation deliver any improvement in the categories above you have two options:
- Cancel the licence within the terms of the agreement and receive a full refund.

- Keep using WeThrive and have 50% discount on your licence cost for the following year.
This guarantee is valid for the first year of your licence and comes into force when we receive a signed copy of the sales order by an authorised representative of the client.
The full value of the invoice must be settled by the client within the 30 days from the date of the invoice.
