- Eligibility:
- This guarantee applies to all customers who have purchased and implemented WeThrive.
- The guarantee is applicable for a period of 90 days from the date of signature.
- The invoice must be settled within 45 days of receipt.
- Result Criteria:
- Customers are entitled to a no-questions-asked refund within the first 90 days of their contract if they do not see a satisfactory improvement in performance, engagement, wellbeing or D&I.
- Refund Process:
- If, within the first 90 days of implementation, a customer has not experienced an improvement in engagement, performance, wellbeing or D&I, they may request a refund by contacting our customer support team at support@wethrive.net.
- Customers must provide feedback in a debrief call outlining why they are dissatisfied with the results.
- Upon verification of the eligibility criteria and dissatisfaction with the results, we will initiate the refund process within 45 days from the date of the request.
- Refund Amount:
- The refund will amount to the total fees paid for platform access, excluding any additional services.
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method used by the customer during the purchase.
- Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers must fully cooperate with our customer success team during the implementation process and adhere to guidelines and best practices.
- Customers should provide honest feedback and insights to assist us in improving WeThrive’s products.
- Limitations:
- This money-back guarantee is only applicable to the effectiveness and impact of WeThrive and does not cover external factors beyond our control.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, non-compliance with our terms and conditions, or evidence of fraudulent activity.
